We consult with our counsel about the cost and benefits of pursuing each account and then present these options to our clients to allow you to make an informed decision as to the best way to proceed. We will never pursue a legal avenue without express consent from our client. Our goal is for you to feel completely comfortable exercising a legal option if it becomes necessary. In the unfortunate event that a debtor files bankruptcy, we will file the necessary claim with the bankruptcy court and follow the case through discharge to ensure your rights are fully protected.
