When you proceed and use the third party service on this web page, you consent to the terms of this agreement and agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not wish to become a party of this agreement and be bound by all of its terms and conditions, please do not use this service and exit the Online Payment screen.

I hereby authorize Norman & Associates to initiate a charge or debit entry on my credit card, debit card or deposit account (as applicable) in an amount equal to the amount that I entered on the payment portal of this website plus the additional convenience fee. I acknowledge that the origination of a charge or debit entry to my account must comply with the provisions of U.S. Law. This authorization will remain in full force and effect until the date upon which Norman & Associates has received notification from me of my election to terminate this authorization in such time and in such manner as to afford Norman & Associates and my financial institution a reasonable opportunity to act on it. Such written notification must be submitted through this online recurring payment tool.

I agree to maintain balances sufficient to pay all requested payments, and agree that Norman & Associates is not liable for any overdraft or insufficient fund situation or charge (including, but not limited to, finance charges, late fees or similar charges) caused by my failure to maintain funds sufficient to pay all payments issued through this payment program. I further agree that Norman & Associates may charge a reasonable service fee for any charge or debit transactions that result in a returned debit entry, including, but not limited to, returns resulting from insufficient funds in my account, closure of my account or incorrect account or routing information provided by me. I agree to promptly notify Norman & Associates in writing of any changes to the financial institution account information and hereby grant authority for Norman & Associates to charge or debit such changed account. I agree that Norman & Associates will not be responsible for any expense that I may incur from exceeding my credit limit or overdraft of my account as a result of a charge or debit made pursuant to this payment program.

I agree to ensure that any information provided by you shall be complete and accurate. You shall not at any time provide us with information which is false, inaccurate, misleading, obsolete or deceptive. Any customer wishing to dispute a charge, or in the case a user error has been made, should contact Norman & Associates directly in addition to the third party service provider directly.

I understand that my account will be charged in accordance with the information I have provided on the form as inputted and submitted. I understand that by submitting my checking or credit information as provided I am authorizing Norman & Associates to submit this information for payment immediately on the behalf of my creditor. I understand that in the event my submitted check information is returned for insufficient funds my account will be subjected to a NSF fee up to $35.00. By submitting the following information as provided, I understand that this information may be used to for future contact regarding this payment; future payments; any fees incurred by this payment; and any outstanding balance, interest, or fees owed on the behalf of my creditor.

Norman & Associates does charge you a convenience fee to process your payment by credit/debit card. This amount is determined by the amount of the payment you are making. It will automatically be calculated into your total before your payment is processed. This fee is paid directly to Norman & Associates for its service. I understand that by electing to make a payment by credit card, debit card, or Bank ACH I will be subjected to and charged a convenience fee of 3.5% for all Cards or $5.00 for ACH transactions.
